Caroline shares responsibility for developing the firm’s private equity partnerships, sector investment initiatives, and investment execution.

Prior to Kingfish, Caroline worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Santander. At Santander, Caroline focused on Leveraged Finance, contributing to the Origination and Capital Markets teams.

Caroline graduated Cum Laude from Bates College with a B.A. in Mathematics and Psychology and a concentration in Computer Science. She was a member of the Bates varsity field hockey and squash programs.
