Gouri shares responsibility for developing the firm’s technology strategy, implementing technical solutions, and managing the firm's software, systems, and IT vendors.

Prior to Kingfish, Gouri worked at Bullhorn as the Director and Head of Operations, where he was responsible for developing the Salesforce practice. He has over 15 years of experience in product development, business intelligence, solution architecture, and domain knowledge in Retail, ERP, CRM, and healthcare.

Gouri graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad, India with a Batchelor of Computer Scinece and from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom with a Master's in Advanced Computing. In addition to his academic credentials, he holds numerous certifications—including PRINCE2® Practitioner and Foundation Certificates in Project Management, Agile Scrum Master, ITIL 4 Foundation, and several Microsoft credentials in SQL Server and technology specialization. He is also experienced as a solution architect, underscoring his expertise in designing and implementing robust IT solutions.
