Prasad leads Kingfish India’s human resources strategy, leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement and administration at Kingfish, India.

Prior to Kingfish, he worked at organizations such as Clarion Technologies, Mindcrest, and WNS. Prasad has designed and implemented HR strategies that supported organizational goals and drove business growth. He has over 15 years of multi-industry experience in all areas of HR, including talent management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, people practices, and training and development.

Prasad graduated from Pune University with a Bachelor’s in Law and a B.Comm. Prasad has a certification in Executive Development from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
